How to Print Contacts from iPhone or iTunes Backup
Is there a way to print out contacts from iPhone 4?
I wish to print out a list of my iPhone contacts, along with details for each contact. The best way to do that is if I have all the contact details readily available in an Excel spreadsheet or a thing like it. However, I'm not sure how – can anybody help me?
When printing iPhone contacts, you must prefer a list with full contact info in a great layout, like an HTML file, or an Excel spreadsheet mentioned above. Fortunately, two tools here can satisfy you. One is Wondershare TunesGo (Windows). It lets you export contacts on the iPhone memory, Yahoo!, iCloud, Exchange, etc as CSV files. The Other third-party tool is Wondershare Dr.Fone for iOS (Mac) or Wondershare Dr.Fone for iOS (Windows). You can use it to export your iPhone contacts to an HTML file.
This tool lets you export contacts to CSV file with phone number, company's name, email address. Download it.
Step 1. Connect your iPhone to the Windows PC
Get your iPhone connected to the Windows PC with a USB cable. Install and launch the TunesGo tool on the Windows PC. This tool will automatically detect and then show your iPhone in the primary window.
Note: TunesGo allows you to print contacts from iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4S and iPhone 5 when they're running iOS 5 and 6.
Step 2. Print iPhone contacts
In the left sidebar, go to "Contacts". As you see, contacts are separately saved on your iPhone memory, iCloud, Yahoo!, Exchange, etc. Choose a contact group, like "On My iDevice" or "iCloud". In the right contact window, select the contacts that you plan to print.
Then, click "Import/Export". In the drop-down list, click either "Export All Contacts" or "Export Selected Contacts". You get another drop-down list. Choose "to CSV File". Browse your Windows PC to find a destination for saving the CSV file.
Besides exporting contacts to CSV file, you can also export contacts to multiple or a single vCard file(s), Outlook 2003/2007/2010/2013, Windows Address Book, Outlook Express and Windows Live Mail.
Note: Before exporting contacts on iCloud, Yahoo! Exchange and others, you should log in these accounts on your iPhone first.
