I got totally lost. When doing the updating, generally speaking, "recovery mode" will not be enabled. If your iPad is in recovery mode, you should get it out of recovery mode and then delete photos on your ipad manually.

Dr.Fone for iOS 4.0.1 allows you to recover data from third-party apps. Please check the category of "App Documents" after the scan.

I have some tips for you and hope they're useful for you:1. If you have other iDevice and enabled it with the same iCloud ID, you can check the device first. 2. If you have synced your device to iTunes before, you can check the iTunes backup. 3. You can use Wondershare Dr.Fone For iOS to scan it if it's an iPad 1. 4. If you've ever put the photo on your computer, you can try Wondershare Data Recovery for Mac to scan your computer and find it.

Last week took Spectacular photos of Ozarks in full fall color. Moved 50 of them from Camera roll to a new album, it may as well have been the trash. Went out of album to move 2 more in, then the album had two photos. Only. Went to icloud on my computer, they are not there. Did Wondershare, every other suggestion I could find on the www... I am sick. Where oh where, why oh why?

Marilyn, it's hard to recover lost data from updated device, because updating can usually make the lost data overwritten. If you have synced your iPad with iTunes recently, you can use Wondershare Dr.Fone for iOS to recover from it. Anyway, you can also try to scan your iPad 2 if you can't find it there. Just download the trial version to have a try first.

When my Ipad2 was updated just recently, I lost all of my password that had been reminders. These of course they were college pass words etc. will this trial work to recover those? Marilyn
