Hi Diya, as the ipad is disabled, does that mean the ipad cannot be recognized by the itunes any more? If yes, I am afraid neither our product will be able to scan the ipad. Have you ever backed up the ipad with itunes or icloud? If yes, this product can help you scan the backup file and recover the files you need.
Can I use this to recover all my photos and videos from my disable iPad? I saw this page a few months ago, and that was included in the summary. Looking now, it says that you can only save notes, text messages and contacts?

Thank you for the prompt reply.
Hi, currently our product can only help you recover all the photos into one folder. It does not restore the albums. I will forward your requirement to our team and hope this feature will be available in the future.
I have loaded up the trial version and I can see the 6000 photos that I am missing but I am wondering if the application will restore the Albums? This is where I have spent the time sorting the photos out. I cannot see them in the trial version. Thanks in advance.
First, if you didn't save the video after you trimmed it, there is no way to get it back. Also, if you didn't back it up, you still can't retrieve it directly from the iPad 2, no one can do it. Therefore, please make sure that you've backed your video up before. If you have no idea, please download the trial version of Wondershare Dr.Fone for iOS to have a try at first. It can help to check the content of your iTunes and iCloud backup files.
I 'trimmed' an important video on my ipad 2 by accident and I've lost almost all of it, I still have 5 seconds but nothing else. No icloud or itunes backup exists. Will this find and retrieve the full video for me?
I got totally lost. When doing the updating, generally speaking, "recovery mode" will not be enabled. If your iPad is in recovery mode, you should get it out of recovery mode and then delete photos on your ipad manually.
