Forgot Windows Vista Password! How to Reset it?
Forgot password for windows vista laptop, only one account (Administrator)?
I forgot my windows vista password for my laptop.
The only prolem is that I am the only account on this laptop and I'm the administrator.
Whenever I google this problem, it is always about downloading tools to unlock it, but how am I supposed to download something if I can't even get past the log in screen ?
Does anyone know how to disable the password so that I can get into my laptop.
If you are here and also have the same question above, here is the explanation: You only can get into your computer with the password without any other help, but you forgot it. Then you need to get a tool to boot your computer first so that you can do something on it. Usually the tool is a kind of bootable CD/USB. You need to download the program and burn it into CD or USB, then boot your computer by inserting it into the CD-ROM of your computer. Of course, you can't do the downloading and burning work on the computer, whose login password is lost, but you can move to another computer to finish it.
