How to Copy & Clone Partition to Partition/Hard Drive
Clone Partition is the process to create an exact copy of one partition to another partition or hard drive. It enables you to copy anything includes Windows, programs, files, and settings. In other words, clone partition is to backup, copy, clone, move or migrate from old partition/disk to new ones, so partition clone can protect your data loss from program error or some accidents.
Normally when people purchase a new hard drive and want to upgrade the computer, they will choose to copy partition because they do not want to reinstall all the programs they use frequently, and save a lot of time by a simply cloning and only need to install the new hard disk into the computer.
How to Copy Partition to Partition/Hard Drive?

Run on the program on your computer and enter the "Disk Management" menu, where you can get the Clone Genius. Then choose "Clone One Partition" to move on.
Step 1: Select a source partition
Choose the source partition from the list you want to clone. Here we select to copy Local Disk (E:), and click "Next".
Step 2: Select a destination partition
Then choose the destination partition to backup the partition onto the same or another disk, and click "Next". If you want to clone the partition to another disk, select it from the drop-down list on the Step1.
Step 3: Clone partition
Before cloning, it will popup an attention to remind you that all the data in the selected target partition will be overwritten. If you confirm to clone, Click "Yes", and it begin to copy partition.
Just wait for a few seconds for the progress of cloning.
1. The disk should have no less than TWO partitions.
2. The capacity of the destination partition is equal to or larger than the source one's.
3. After completion, if the disk that you cloned contains Windows partition, it was highly recommended to turn off the computer and remove the disk that you don't need, then reboot your computer, and you can make it into Windows.
