Okay in reading to the bottom I see several people have the same or similar problem and your response was: "Hey, I'm really sorry to hear that. It seems that Android 4.4.2 is not fully supported. We're trying very hard to figure out the problem." So how do I go about getting a refund since my system is not supported?
I am having the exact same problem. When I try to recover just the texts, it gets to 11% and the timer counts down to zero, then resets multiple times. (1) I follow the steps above, (2) I got through all the steps (developer options etc) and then it goes all the way through until Step 3 above, and I start the scan. It "analyzes" the phone then starts to "scan". It gets to 11% and acts like it is scanning, but it resets the timer every time it gets to zero and the status bar never rises above 11%. (3) I was trying to retrieve texts. But when I tried again for a third time, I tried to recover all files with the same result. Android 4.4.2
