now its only getting to 52% and the support team isnt resonding

I just bought the program last night, but it wont let me do anything. It gets to 90% on step 2 then backs me out asking me to reconnect. Ive tried diconnecting and reconnecting, ive tried disabling and reenabling the debuggermode, ive tried restarting the program and it just does the same thing no matter what
I tried to use the free version. It kept saying my phone was discconnecting so i closed the window to restart the process. After it finaaly finished it won't let me recover the files! I click Recover, then Activate, then Free Trial and absolutely nothing happens.
