Step 1.Import the YouTube video to the program
Click the "Import" button or directly drag the downloaded YouTube video to the User’s album of this YouTube video rotator. Then drag and drop it from the album to the Timeline.
Step 2. Rotate the YouTube video
Double click the video on the Timeline to pop up the video editing window, where you’re provided with the “Rotate” tool. Then just click the “Rotate” button to rotate video to the right play view. Get access to the editor
