How to Play Quicktime MOV Files on TV (Samsung TV Included)
Do you have some amazing MOV (QuickTime) files but can't play them on the TV after trying all the efforts? Actually, there is a smarter way to get rid of the incompatibility issues quickly. Tips: If your QuickTime file is encoded by H.264, then you can adopt the zero-quality conversion mode. That means the conversion will be carried out on your source files without decoding. Hence, keeping your original file intact. However, if your MOV file is encoded by other codecs, you can also adjust the video parameters to minimize the quality lost during conversion.
1 Add QuickTime MOV files to the MOV to TV converter
Hit the Add Files button to browse through your local directories and import the QuickTime or Camcorder QuickTime MOV files you'll like to convert. (Tips: This program also supports the drag-and-drop feature as well as batch conversion mode to ease your conversion).
2 Select your TV compatible format as the output
Click the Output Format to access more of the supported formats. Here, you'll be able to see a variety of options or optimized presets for specific devices. Tips on Playing Back QuickTime MOV Files on TV
