1 Install the online radio recording software
First of all, let’s make sure that you download and install the program on your computer. Remember to choose the right version. We will discuss more about the windows version in this article since the two versions work almost the same.
2 Record online radio
Run the program and click the Record button on the top left to be prepared to work. Then navigate to an internet radio site. As soon as you play the radio, the program can start recording at once.
You should have a good internet connection in an effort to record the whole music or shows. If the show is too long and recording it may ruin your whole day, you can schedule the recording. Notice a clock icon on the bottom of the Recording window? Click it and set the time duration you like.
3 Transfer recorded files to portable devices
The recorded files are all in the format of MP3, which can be played in almost all the portable devices. Then how can you transfer them to devices easily? Here is the way. Select the files and click the Add to iTunes button. Or right-click the file and select Add to iTunes Library in the pop-up menu. Then sync to your devices with iTunes.
Note: Add to iTunes button is not available for the Mac version. But you can press the Control key and select the audio file at the same time. Then choose Show in Folder from the pop-up menu to locate where the files are stored. Now you can import the files to iTunes by yourself.
