Thank you for responding Christine. Yes, I can export to my PC. But, I can only view the videos through the HTC One sync manager. I cannot view the video in any other Window application. So, if I want to make a DVD copy for someone else, there is no-way they can view the video, unless they have a HTC also. So, can the videos from my HTC One be converted into a more friendly type of applicaiton for others to view?

Can you try to export your recording videos from your HTC One to your PC? If not, you need to find a tool like Wondershare MobileGo for Android to transfer your files to the computer.

I was formerly a Apple customer and recently purchased the new HTC One. I have always enjoyed the convience of video recording my daughters sporting events. Unfortunately, with the HTC One, I am unable to view the recording once I've synced with my Windows computer. Why can I not view recorded video's taken on my HTC One on either my Windows computer or simply my DVD player at home?
