    Hi Christine, I have the same problem and I don't understand your instructions. What program window? Where "Main Menu"? Even your instruction on this page, "Make sure to check Chrome to support downloading YouTube video in Chrome." I have no idea how to do this. The only way I know how to change settings or options is via the thingy at the top right corner, and I don't see anything there that can help me. I just downloaded and installed Chrome today, so, whatever version this is.

    Hi, Kevin, when you click "paste URL", it will start the downloading task immediately. For the situation (confidential finance matter) you mentioned, we haven't encounter such case before, can you send a screenshot here? Hope we can fix the issue asap. Best regards,

    When I clicked "paste URL" I was expecting to then paste a URL of the video into a field. Instead the app took the URL in my memory which happened to be of a confidential finance matter. I stopped it immediately, though it pointed up some human factors UI issues. The direction the download wasn't being indicated. Was it being copied to my machine or going to the service?, this needs UI feedback issue.

    Hi, IFFGarcia, well noted your concern. Please kindly click the "Main Menu" on the top right corner of the program window and then select "Preference" to reveal the settings window. And then click the "Download" tab, go to "Browser plugin" and hit on the "Repair" button. Now close your browser and wait for the repair finish automatically.     I downloaded the program, but when I hover over a playing Youtube video, the "Download" button isn't showing up in the top right corner. Help?

    Hi, friend, after you download this video, please go to "Downloaded" category. And then click the "Convert" button to reveal the output window. Here, you can easily select "Format">"Audio">"MP3". Please kindly noted that the free trial version only allows one minute conversion. Best regards,
