Step 1 Connect Your Android Phone to Computer
To get started, first download and then install this application on your computer. After the installation, you can launch it. Then, connect your Android phone to computer with a USB cable. MobileGo will instantly detect your Android phone and display its data in the primary window.
Note: When using the Windows version, you can even connect your Android phone via WiFi. You just need to install the MobileGo app manually.
Step 2. Selectively Backup Messages on Android
Click on the SMS tab to enter the SMS management window. Then select the messages and click the Import/Export button. Choose Export all SMS to computer or Export selected SMS to computer, and save the messages to your computer in .txt or .xml format.
Step 3. Backup All Messages from Android
In the primary window, go to One-Click Backup. By default, all contents you can backup are ticked. They're text messages, contacts, app, app data, music, video, photos, calendars and call logs.
You can backup all of them at once. If you just want to backup text on Android, please uncheck the other contents. After that, click Back Up. Then, the backup file will be saved on your computer. Whenever you want, you can restore texts and others from the backup file.
