What to do if your device fails to connect to Wondershare MobileGo for Android?

There are some tips for you to fix that:

1. Download the latest version of MobileGo for reinstall.

Yes. Actually, you don't need any driver on Mac. Because Mac is made by Apple, which can't detect Samsung devices. If you want to manage Samsung on Mac, you can try Samsung Kies, Android File Transfer or MobileGo for Android, or other software.

Most of the Samsung (in particular) drivers aren't compatible on Macs so this doesn't work for us unfortunately :'(
